Rich Asuncion (born Richell Pacaldo Angalot on January 22, 1989 in Bohol, Philippines) is a Filipina actress who became the First Princess of StarStruck: The Next Level. Asuncion is also a First Runner-up in Binibining Pilipinas 2009.

Richelle, the eldest child of Richard Angalot and Melinda Pacaldo of Bool District, was 15 years old when she first joined a beauty pageant representating the Tagbilaran City
Schools Division to the Miss Central Visayas Regional Athletic Association (CVRAA) 2004 in Danao City, Cebu. She emerged third runner-up from among the 11 candidates from the provinces of Cebu, Bohol, Oriental Negros and Siquijor. The pretty stunner from Tagbilaran City Science High School who impressed the judges with her monologue and won the Miss Talent and the Best in Fun Wear trophy was trained by Dr. Amce Marie Balanzar, Rany Gespert, Carmencita F. Maniwang, Marina Salamanca and Dr. Erlinda B. Mahinay and supported by Dr. Elpidio M. Jala. She was one of the sagalas of the Santacruzan 2004 (our pet project) and chosen as muse of Bohol Lions during our Lions District Convention in 2004.

A few months after, she was declared female grand champion in Island City Mall's Campus Discovery Model Quest 2004. In 2005, she was one of the five hailed and crowned Miss Young Tagbilaran beauties together with Anna Karenina Fuentes Cimagala, April Lynn
C. Recio, Katherine Margaret M. Tejano, and Barbie Ann B. Vanta. Richelle, together with her family made a courtesy call to City Mayor Dan Neri Lim at the City Hall last Friday, January 5, 2007. I met Richelle on February 24, 2004, my 34th birthday, when she went to the house with Dr. Amce and Rany before the Miss CVRAA 2004 beauty pageant. A day before and
even hours before the pageant in Danao City, we were exchanging text messages
for last-minute instructions. I must say the girl is 'buotan.' She deserves
our support.

Asuncion is declared First Runner-up during the grand coronation night on March 7, 2009 at the Arenta Coliseum. She is using her real name and she's Candidate No. 3^[3]. From the original 170 plus applicants, only 36 were asked to return, until they were trimmed down to the final 24 after undergoing gruelling hours of pressure and tension at the Mandarin Suites last February 5^[4].
